By booking a service with Harewood Lawn Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please be sure to read carefully and in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all lawn care and garden maintenance services provided by Harewood Lawn Care ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:

Regular lawn mowing

Lawn treatments (fertilising/weed control)

Lawn aeration and scarification

Edging and tidy-up services

Seasonal garden maintenance
3. Service Area
We operate from Ousden, Suffolk and cover locations within a 8-mile radius unless otherwise agreed.
4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices are based on the size and condition of your lawn/garden and the frequency of service.

Any changes in service requirements or unforeseen conditions may result in a revised quote.
5. Booking and Cancellations

Regular services will be scheduled in advance and confirmed with you.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

In the event of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
6. Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have access to the property at the agreed time.

If we are unable to access the garden due to locked gates or obstructions, a call-out charge may apply.
7. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued upon completion of work.

Payment is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure the lawn area is free from obstacles (e.g. toys, furniture, animal waste) before our visit.

We reserve the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or unhygienic to proceed.
9. Health and Safety

We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines while working on your property.

Please keep pets and children away from work areas during service.
10. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability.

We will not be held responsible for damage caused to items not clearly visible or disclosed (e.g. sprinkler heads, cables, hoses) in the lawn.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be provided in writing or made available on request.
